In order to enroll in Gilmore Memorial Pre-school, your child must be 3 or 4 years old, by October 31. Please submit a copy of the child’s immunization record at the time of registration. Immunization must be current and include: DPT, polio, measles, mumps and rubella.

For registration, you will need to bring a copy of the following items:

• Immunization record.
• Proof of residence.
• Child’s birth certificate.
• Child’s Social Security Card.

Additional required documents, distributed by the office at registration:      
                 1.Eligibility Application for Food Program.                                           2. 4C’s Eligibility Enrollment documents for “Wrap Around.”
